Waste and Recycling
Open Wednesday and Saturday from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. and starting May
1st – Sundays from noon to 3 p.m. until the last Sunday in September.
Current Tipping Fees Effective April 27, 2011
Condensed cardboard, paper, glass, and plastic can all be commingled for recycling.

Compost
All Town of Hayward Residents are allowed ONE pickup load of compost per year free of charge. Additional compost may be purchased for $10.00 per cubic yard (estimated at one pickup load).
All Compost will be loaded by hand, by the individual(s) picking up the compost for liability reasons, not by the town employees. Special requests for larger quantities to be purchased must be coordinated with the Town of Hayward Road Supervisor (715) 634-5410.
